Role Overview
As an Account Manager at Wild Punch, you will be the primary point of contact for 5–8 key client accounts, owning the end-to-end client relationship. Your core focus will be on building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and driving long-term client growth and retention.
This role requires a highly proactive individual who can understand client expectations, manage communication effectively, and ensure consistent delivery aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for 5–8 client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Understand client business goals and expectations to align internal teams accordingly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects as per client requirements
- Lead client meetings, discussions, and reviews; ensure clear communication of feedback and expectations
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall client communication across multiple accounts
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to account growth
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and manage escalations effectively
- Maintain clear records of client communication, feedback, and account status
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management in an agency or related field
- Strong experience in handling client communication, relationship management, and retention
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism in client interactions and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA is a plus)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience handling clients across multiple industries
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage client expectations and build long-term partnerships
- Hindi proficiency for regional client communication (along with English)
- Leadership ability to guide and support junior team members
