Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Client Services Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. In this position, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, overseeing account activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing deliverables to meet client expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and contribute to driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and enhancing customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Account Management, with a proven ability to build and sustain robust client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Sales and identifying business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve client partnership goals.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in experiential marketing, brand building, or on-screen/media solutions is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertsing, Marketing, or a related field is highly advantageous.
