Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Coimbatore, for a Client Service - Operations - Textiles professional. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Responsibilities include overseeing client services, addressing inquiries, handling customer feedback, and managing financial aspects related to client accounts. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery will be a key focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Client Services and Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication skills and ability to foster Customer Satisfaction
- Basic understanding and competency in Finance
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Relevant experience in the textiles industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Textiles, or a related field
