Role Overview
PlacidWay is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager based in India to lead and support a remote client-facing sales team. This role combines client relationship management, sales leadership, and operational oversight, supporting international markets including Europe, the US, and EMEA.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client experience, and coaching team members to consistently meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a remote client service and sales team
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets
- Oversee the full client lifecycle from inquiry to conversion
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions when required
- Coach, train, and monitor individual and team performance
- Track KPIs, sales metrics, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Analyze performance data and improve sales and service processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international patients and partners
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in client service management, sales management, or leadership roles
- Strong background in customer service, BPO, call center, or service-based industries
- Proven experience handling inbound and outbound sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and close deals
- Experience working with international clients (Europe, US, EMEA) is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
