Job Role: Client Service Manager

Roles and responsibilities
● Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries. Precisely understand the client's
needs and offer suitable solutions. Prepare plans while ensuring high profitability and up/cross-sell
opportunities
● Clearly articulate brand requirements and communicate them to the internal teams. Wear the brand
hat and disseminate information internally. Translate client briefs into specific actionable items for
different units within the team
● Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service
providers, to ensure timely deliverables
● Cultivate lasting relationships with customers
● Keep track of the competition and revenue lost to competitors. Maintain a feedback loop between the
inbound, content, and outbound teams on evolving client needs
● Maintain all records and databases in the sales CRM such as customer profiles, etc
Required Skills
● Excellent communication and mediation skills
● Experience in client service from the Media-Advertising industry
● Project and People management skills
● Great presentation skills
● Understanding of Leads, Deals, Target markets
