Client Service Manager (Corporate & MICE Travel) - Minimum 10 years plus of experience in Corporate Travel, MICE, or Hospitality Industry
Key Responsibilities
·Managing end-to-end corporate travel and MICE requirements for key clients
·Leading client servicing operations with a service first approach
·Ensuring high client satisfaction and timely problem resolution
·Supervising bookings, itineraries, and last-minute changes efficiently
Requirements
·Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
·Ability to manage pressure situations and multitask effectively
·Excellent client relationship and problem-solving abilities
·Knowledge of travel operations and vendor management
