Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Client Service Manager (BTL) at Mindshaft Media Pvt. Ltd., located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the execution of BTL campaigns, including events and activations. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate will also analyze campaign outcomes to provide actionable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Service
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive insights
- Proven ability to manage tasks proactively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
- Understanding of BTL campaigns and event management is highly desirable
- Previous experience in marketing, event management, or brand activation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
