Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Client Service Manager (BTL). The Client Service Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, managing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing client needs, and ensuring seamless execution of BTL campaigns. The role requires close interaction with clients to build long-term relationships and deliver superior service.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Satisfaction and Client Service skills to manage and fulfill client needs effectively
- Proficiency in Client Services and Communication for engaging with stakeholders and maintaining relationships
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines
- Previous experience in BTL marketing and event management is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software is a plus
