Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Client Service professional in the Textile industry. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting sales processes, and maintaining service standards. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions to their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure high-quality service and resolution of concerns.
- Knowledge of Finance to manage client accounts, pricing, and related transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in the textile or school-wear industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field is preferred.
