About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Client Service Executive to join our Medical Billing Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting their career in the US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) domain.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims with US insurance payers
- Work on denied or underpaid claims and take appropriate action for resolution
- Analyze claim status, identify issues, and ensure timely reimbursement
- Communicate with insurance companies via calls or payer portals
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim updates and actions taken
- Prioritize accounts based on aging and claim value
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria- Graduate in any field (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in Medical Billing / AR (Freshers can apply)
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Preferred Skills- Basic understanding of US healthcare or medical billing (training can be provided)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
