Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Client Service Executive in Digital Marketing. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the main point of contact for various client accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, analyzing client needs, addressing queries, and strategizing to meet client goals while fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years in Client Servicing.
- Strong Client Services and Client Relationship Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data and provide insights-driven solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency is an added advantage
