Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Service Executive located in Gurgaon. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction by managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and understanding their business needs. You will oversee project execution, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Additionally, you will analyze client campaigns and offer insights to optimize performance while contributing to the growth of our clients' businesses.
Qualifications
- Skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Business Relationship Management
- Proven ability to manage Customer Satisfaction and address client concerns effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on using data to provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a client-facing role in marketing or advertising is a plus
