Job Summary
The Client Service Executive – Logistics is responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating shipment activities, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, customer handling abilities, and knowledge of import/export processes to deliver seamless service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Coordinate with operations teams, shipping lines, agents, and transporters
- Track import/export shipments and provide timely status updates to customers
- Manage shipping documentation such as BL, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, customer interactions, and operations
- Ensure timely follow-up on shipment schedules and operational activities
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth logistics and delivery processes
- Support daily logistics operations and customer service activities
- Ensure compliance with company processes and operational standards
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation
- Good English communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
