Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Client Service role in the events domain. The professional will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are understood and met with quality service. Daily tasks include client communication, managing expectations, overseeing event deliverables, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Financial accountability within events may also be required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Possess excellent Communication skills and the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through clear and proactive interactions.
- Basic knowledge of Finance to manage budgets and monitor the financial aspects of events effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience in the event industry or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
