🚀 Walk-In Drive | Hiring: Client Service Associate | Voice Process | Financial Services
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM)
⏳ Work Mode: Full-Time | 12-hour Rotational Shifts
📅 Weekends: Working (Rotational Offs)
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Client Service Associates in a fast-paced financial services environment.
If you have excellent communication skills and experience in voice process / international support (UK/US shifts), this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and advisors
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and resolve service requests efficiently
- Manage and process complex account service transactions
- Educate clients on products, services, and processes
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and service delivery
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Customer Service / Voice Process
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to handle international clients (UK/US shifts preferred)
- Experience in explaining complex concepts in a simple way
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance, Commerce, Business preferred)
🔹 Preferred Background
- Experience with companies like British Telecom, Amex, Amazon, or similar
- Exposure to Financial Services / Banking / Insurance / Brokerage
- Prior experience in international voice support roles

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ₹6,25,000 per annum
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹72,000 annually (₹6,000/month)
- Annual Bonus: ₹36,000
- Retention Bonus: ₹1,50,000
- Paid at 6, 12, and 18 months
