Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and pricing for IT products, servers, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Coordinate with vendors to verify costs, negotiate prices, and provide the best offers.
- Handle order follow-ups, delivery issues, and warranty replacements.
- Verify vendor prices, compare them with market rates, and negotiate based on customer target pricing.
- Ensure timely order dispatch and resolve issues related to wrong deliveries, faulty items, or invoice errors.
- Handle AMC pricing with 30-day validity, 90-day warranty, and arrange replacements or support for faulty parts.
