About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Associate who can act as the bridge between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and build strong professional relationships.
Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Coordinate with creative, social media, performance marketing, SEO, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare meeting notes, project briefs, status reports, and presentations.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and necessary inputs.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through timely responses and problem-solving.
Support senior team members in managing key accounts and campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, preferably in an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
