About The Opportunity
A specialist client services & operations role across the Fitness, Aviation and Hospitality sectors in India. The team supports gyms, airlines and hotels by managing member/guest journeys, reservations and on-site service delivery—balancing hospitality excellence with aviation compliance and fitness membership operations. We are hiring an on-site Client Services Associate to own daily client interactions, retention activities and operational execution.
Primary job title (standardized): Client Services Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for members, guests and corporate clients—manage enquiries, bookings and escalations to resolution.
- Execute end-to-end client onboarding and account setup, ensuring accurate data in CRM and operational systems.
- Operate reservation and scheduling platforms (PMS/GDS/membership systems) to process bookings, check-ins and cancellations efficiently.
- Collaborate with operations, sales and finance teams to reconcile payments, follow up on outstanding invoices and support revenue recovery.
- Maintain service quality through daily audits, feedback capture and timely follow-up on complaints or service gaps.
- Prepare and share concise client status reports, attendance logs and handover notes for leadership and cross-functional teams.
