🚀 We’re Hiring: Client Service Associate | Financial Services | Night Shift
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our team as a Client Service Associate in a fast-paced financial services environment.
💼 Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for clients and advisors, handling service requests, resolving complex queries, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage inbound/outbound client interactions and resolve service issues efficiently
✔️ Troubleshoot and log complex requests into internal systems
✔️ Educate clients and advisors on systems, policies, and procedures
✔️ Process account-related transactions and service requests accurately
✔️ Deliver timely and high-quality customer support
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field
✔️ 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience
✔️ Strong verbal & written communication skills (mandatory)
✔️ Ability to simplify complex concepts clearly
✔️ Experience in Financial Services / Securities / Brokerage / Insurance is a plus

• Strong emphasis on communication proficiency
• Candidates must show employment stability
• Frequent job changes will not be considered
⏰ Work Details
🕗 Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
📅 Rotational shifts & week-offs (including weekends)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 Salary: ₹8,00,000 per annum
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: ₹72,000 annually
🎯 Annual Bonus: ₹36,000
🎁 Retention Bonus: ₹1,50,000 (paid at 6, 12 & 18 months)
