Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Service Associate located in Mumbai. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing communications, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience. They will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver customized solutions, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and relationship management
- Proficiency in handling client inquiries, problem resolution, and maintaining client satisfaction
- Analytical skills for preparing reports and providing actionable insights based on client data
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate to deliver client-centric solutions
- Knowledge of app marketing, ASO, SEO, or data-driven strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Experience in a customer-facing or client service role preferred
