Role Description
This is a full-time, 6-month internship role for Client Service within the textile industry at TruColors. As part of this on-site position based in Hyderabad, you will engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address their queries, and provide support. Responsibilities include coordinating customer needs, fostering relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services, and Customer Service to provide exceptional support and build strong client relationships.
- Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of quality service.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts to assist in client-related financial inquiries.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
