Roles and Responsibilities:
KPIs:
- Number of New Clients Acquired, count of new clients secured within a specific period.
- Total Revenue from Key Accounts, revenue generated from key accounts over a defined timeframe.
- Market Share Growth, increase in the share of the target market served through key accounts.
- Client Retention Initiatives Implemented, strategies to retain and engage key accounts.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings and presentations to assess client needs, present solutions and build strong relations.
Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive revenue growth.
- Exceed sales targets and quotas for recruitment services.
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts based on current client base and potential new business.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential revenue streams.
Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term success.
- Act swiftly to resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and address any areas for improvement.
Candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree added advantage).
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an added advantage.
- Exceptional English communication skills, mastery in negotiation, and a calm presence of mind during complex scenarios.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets 7+yrs.
