Core Requirements


1. Customer Retention & Account Growth

  • Proven experience in retaining customers to ensure consistent business continuity.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to grow business from existing clients and achieve targeted revenue goals.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills through regular client interactions via calls and emails.
  • Prior experience handling customer accounts over calls is essential.

2. Excellent Communication Skills

  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns, negotiate effectively, and maintain professionalism across all interactions.
  • Experience managing international clients, preferably in the UK or global market.

4. Analytical & Strategic Mindset

  • Ability to gather and implement customer feedback through surveys and follow-up actions.
  • Competent in identifying competitor strategies and providing insights to strengthen customer retention efforts.
  • Comfortable coordinating across internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

  • Retain and strengthen long-term customer relationships to support business continuity.
  • Drive revenue growth from the existing customer portfolio.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through structured outreach (calls, emails, follow‑ups).
  • Capture customer feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Track and report competitor activities and market intelligence.
  • Handle customer invoicing, ensure timely payment collection, and maintain revenue hygiene.
  • Provide actionable insights based on customer interactions and account behaviour.
  • Coachable with a strong learning mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership and resilience under pressure.
