BXCI Finance Client Reporting
Job Location: Bangalore
About the Team: -
Team is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and delivering high-quality client reports, portfolio analytics, and investor communications materials. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting for institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Prepare and review periodic client reports, investor statements, factsheet and performance summaries. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and client requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather portfolio data, performance metrics, and commentary. • Reconcile portfolio data across internal systems and third-party administrators. • Partner with Investor Relations to address client queries and ad-hoc reporting requests. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention. • Maintain strong controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Contribute to processing documentation efforts, including the creation and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Desired Candidate Profile: -
• Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, private credit or similar environment. • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio/investor reporting, and performance measurement. • Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word). • The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must. • A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure, and with multiple stakeholders.
