📍 Location: A-100, Sector 4, Noida (Near Sector 16 Metro Station)
🔹 About the Role
We are hiring Client Relationship Associates (CRA) for an NGO Calling Process. This is a great opportunity for freshers who have strong communication skills and are looking to start their career in a professional environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound calls to interact with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide information about NGO initiatives and campaigns
- Resolve basic queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Confident and presentable
- Willingness to work in a calling/voice process
🔹 Salary & Benefits
