Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationships Coordinator. The coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences by managing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, onboarding new clients, addressing feedback, and developing strong client relationships. Additional duties involve proactively identifying opportunities for improving customer service and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client journey.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear correspondence
- Highly organized with exceptional Organization Skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and scheduling platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communication, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a customer-facing role, especially in SaaS or technology, is an advantage
