Role Description
The Client Relationship Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This position involves ensuring client satisfaction by providing high-quality support and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include managing client communication, supporting service delivery efforts, analyzing feedback to improve customer experience, and collaborating with various internal teams to maintain efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to deliver a high standard of client satisfaction and address their needs effectively
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional client interaction and internal collaboration
- Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and contribute to process improvements
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
- Prior experience in similar roles or industries is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is an advantage
