Client Relationship & Project Management Executive

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional from a branding, design, or creative agency to manage client relationships and coordinate creative and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships and new client enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and prepare project briefs.
- Coordinate branding, graphic design, UI/UX, website design, and development projects.
- Work with designers and developers to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines, client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
- Discuss budgets, maintain project records, and follow up on payments.
- Ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a branding, design, or creative agency.
- Experience in client servicing and end-to-end project coordination.
- Understanding of branding, design, UI/UX, and website development workflows.
- Strong English communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage clients and projects independently.
- Experience handling quotations, budgets, and payment follow-ups.
