Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager<> Real Estate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. The role involves regular communication with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell services, and maintaining long-term professional relationships. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
- Understanding of real estate market trends and property management
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Proven ability to manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and local language is preferred
