Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager / Operations – Beverage, based in Chennai. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating beverage operations, liaising with vendors, overseeing daily service delivery, and addressing client requirements promptly. The role will also involve monitoring operational efficiencies and assisting in quality assurance for the organization’s corporate refreshment services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Strong organizational and operational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Vendor management and supply chain coordination experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client needs and operational challenges
- Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to assist in operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, or corporate services industry is a plus
