Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Intern who will be responsible for onboarding clients for our staffing services. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients who require staffing solutions
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and other platforms
- Pitch staffing services and explain company offerings clearly
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior team members
- Maintain client database and track communication in CRM/Excel
- Assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business development, or HR/staffing industry
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Excel
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
