Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager - Events located in Mumbai. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying their specific event needs, and providing personalized floral décor solutions and recommendations. Responsibilities include managing event coordination, ensuring client satisfaction, handling communications, and collaborating with the design and operations teams to deliver exceptional results. Additional duties include maintaining a high standard of service delivery and continually identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate seamless client interactions and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven ability in event coordination and planning, with experience in managing event timelines and logistics.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects and adapt to clients’ unique requirements effectively.
• Previous experience or passion for floral décor, client servicing, or the luxury events industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking within fast-paced environments.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the seamless execution of events.
• A creative approach to event styling and décor, maintaining alignment with client visions and project objectives.
