We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
📍 Location: Thinksurf Media LLP, Mani Casadona
🕒 Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat)
Are you someone who understands clients and digital? We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can bridge the gap between business goals and digital execution.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for website, e-commerce, and ad campaign queries
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development & marketing) for seamless delivery
• Provide strategic inputs to improve client e-commerce performance
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance & suggest optimizations
• Handle client concerns proactively and ensure quick resolution
• Upsell and cross-sell services based on client needs
• Stay updated with digital trends and marketing strategies
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience in website domain, e-commerce & paid ads
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads & SEO
• Excellent communication & client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
