Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, based in Chandigarh. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for clients, identifying client needs, providing solutions, managing client accounts, addressing queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Additional responsibilities include collecting client feedback, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and agreements.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in client management, including account management and handling client queries
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve client concerns effectively
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Experience in conflict resolution and managing complex client requirements
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in a client-facing role or account management is a plus
- Knowledge of industries relating to command, intelligence, mobility, and compliance operations is advantageous
