Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Relationship Manager role based in Indore. The Client Relationship Manager will engage directly with investors to understand their needs, explain available OTC investment opportunities, and guide them through the process of trading unlisted, delisted, and pre-IPO shares. The role includes maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting regular follow-ups, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. The person in this position will coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate market information, resolve client queries, and ensure transparent communication. Daily activities also include documenting client interactions, adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and supporting business development initiatives through referrals and relationship-based networking.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, actively listen, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and documentation accurately and on schedule.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to transparent, compliant, and client-centric practices in all dealings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in securities or investment advisory are a plus.
- Prior experience in wealth management, brokerage, investment advisory, or financial services relationship management is preferred.
