Role Description
This is an on site contract role headquartered, in South Delhi for a Client Relationship Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating meetings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping streamline communication between clients and the creative team while upholding professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth project execution
- Proficiency in Excel,Word and basic tools like Canva
- Customer service experience or account management skills in a related field
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and collaborate effectively with the creative team
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience
- Familiarity with the wedding or creative industry is a bonu
