Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Client Relationship Manager. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, understanding client requirements, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. They will also collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and provide after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and addressing client needs.
- Understanding of IoT solutions, GPS technology, and technical concepts to effectively communicate with clients about products and services.
- Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Prior experience in account management or client servicing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
