Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Client Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, preparing reports, and maintaining consistent communication with clients to foster strong and lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in client management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to analyze client feedback and translate it into actionable strategies to improve services
- Project coordination skills, including time management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of business development and account growth strategies
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
