Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the property purchase process, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include managing client interactions, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable property solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the transaction process. The role also requires the candidate to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service, with a focus on delivering a seamless and satisfactory customer journey.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, sales strategies, and property transaction processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding client requirements and tailoring property solutions accordingly.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Salary 3LPA to 5LPA Fixed + Uncapped Incentives
- Wed to Sun working + Mon Tue fixed offs
