About the Role
Renteel is seeking a versatile and persuasive Client Relations & Network Manager. This dual-impact role requires a professional who can seamlessly transition between managing high-net-worth NRI (Non-Resident Indian) property owners and driving the growth of our Business Development Associate (BDA) network.
You will be the voice of Renteel—onboarding premium clients while acting as the primary support pillar for our expanding team of partners across different cities.
Key Responsibilities
· NRI Client Management: Engage with NRI property owners to solve complex queries and provide property management solutions. Use your persuasive skills to convert interest into long-term management contracts.
· BDA Network Expansion: Identify, vet, and appoint new Business Development Associates (BDAs) to represent Renteel in key growth markets.
· Partner Support: Act as the central point of contact for existing BDAs, solving their operational queries, providing guidance on revenue structures, and ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
· Phone-Based Diplomacy: Handle high-stakes communication over the phone with clarity, authority, and empathy.
What We Are Looking For
· Proven NRI Experience: You must have a demonstrated history of working with NRI clients and understanding the nuances of cross-border property management.
· Persuasion & Convincing Skills: A natural ability to influence and close—whether you are selling a service to a client or pitching a partnership to a potential BDA.
· Linguistic Excellence: Highly conversant in English with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
· Relationship Management: Experience in managing a team or a network of partners/associates is highly preferred.
