Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Noida. The chosen candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as the primary contact for queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing property consultation, facilitating transactions, and maintaining continuous communication to deliver a seamless experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence and customer delight.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions
- Experience in property consulting, advising, and transaction coordination
- Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple clients and projects
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or industry-specific platforms is advantageous
- Knowledge of the real estate market and regulatory environment is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
