Role Description

As a full-time Client Relationship Manager based in Noida, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, offering tailored real estate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various teams to deliver end-to-end real estate advisory services. This is an exciting on-site role that prioritizes customer engagement and drives mutual growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge of real estate consulting, market trends, and property advisory services.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
