Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Bhopal. The Client Relationship Manager will act as a liaison and bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities include managing client communication, addressing client inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to meet project timelines, and providing updates and reports to clients. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for client growth and ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and conflict resolution
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure project alignment
- Knowledge of the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred
- Proficient in using CRM tools and basic project management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is a plus
