Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Client Relationship Manager. The role involves managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring their goals are met through tailored solutions and offerings. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining service quality, addressing client concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Client management and account handling skills, including managing communication and ensuring client satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in relationship building and maintaining long-term business partnerships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and resolve client issues
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to address client needs
- Knowledge of the production, casting, and entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related fields preferred
