Role Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Surat. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet business objectives. The individual will manage client communications, oversee project deliverables, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, contributing to client retention strategies, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to identify and understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Strong organization, time management, and project coordination abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic knowledge of business development frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or related industries is a plus
- Fluency in English and a working knowledge of local languages is desirable
