Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Bareilly, India. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, conducting review calls, building and managing client relationships, providing financial services support, and identifying potential opportunities for client portfolio enhancement. The individual shall maintain accurate client records and co-ordinate with internal teams for documentation and ensure timely follow up on queries, transactions, and service requests.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, financial services, and investment strategies.
- Keen understanding of investment risk assessment and financial goals alignment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Proficiency in tools and software relevant to financial service operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in financial services or client management is preferred though motivated early-career professionals may also be considered.
