Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Jabalpur. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role involves acting as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, coordinating with internal teams to meet project timelines, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Taking meeting with clients and achieving weekly and monthly targets. Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports on time.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Prior experience in client relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of media production, advertising, or related industries is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients to deliver quality results
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of project management methodologies preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is highly desirable
- Passion for the media, entertainment, or creative industries will be seen as an advantage
