Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Pune Division. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing their needs, and providing customized real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, maintaining client retention, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. The candidate will also facilitate communication between internal teams and clients to guarantee efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Atleast 1 year prior experience preffered, however Freshers too can apply Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking expertise
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends in Pune
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
- Open mind about working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
