Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panchkula for the position of Client Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. The Client Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, address their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, maintaining effective communication, resolving any issues, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring consistent engagement to promote client success and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and communication skills to build and sustain client satisfaction.
- Customer service experience, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial services and a passion for social impact solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the fintech or social impact sector is advantageous.
