Role Description
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, your responsibilities will include assisting clients with property requirements, managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, and addressing customer queries or concerns. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve business goals and contribute to enhancing the client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, client management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An understanding of the real estate or property management sector is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High adaptability, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in client servicing or customer support is an advantage.
